Terms of use

Murder Daily is operated by the publisher (“we”, “us”). By using Murder Daily you enter into an agreement with the publisher and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Murder Daily is a daily murder-mystery game. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for personal entertainment. You agree to use it as intended: one accusation per case, no attempts to break, scrape, resell, redistribute or automate the game, and no unlawful use, fraud, spam or interference with the service’s security.

Fiction

Every case, victim and suspect is invented. Any resemblance to real people or events is coincidental.

Intellectual property

Murder Daily, including its cases, characters, artwork, software and branding, is owned by the publisher. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you; you may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works from the game’s content without permission.

Pro membership and payments

The daily case is free to play. An optional Pro membership — $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year, billed in advance — unlocks unlimited questions, replays, the full archive and the Case of the Month. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal linked on the Pro page: you keep access until the end of the paid period and are not charged again. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries the card automatically and your access continues while it does.

Refunds

Any charge is refunded in full within 14 days, no questions asked — contact us or manage your payment through Stripe. After 14 days we do not refund the current billing period, but cancelling stops all future charges.

Availability

We aim for a new case every day, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated abuse of the game. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is, without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
